Art journal page - Light up your inner light

Hi and welcome :0) This is another page in 6" x 8" (cca 15 x 20 cm) Hahnemühle journal book. It is my entry for Stencil Fun´s  July challenge

I mixed two Lindy´s Stamp Gang Magicals powders with water - Edelweiss moss green and Sparkling sunset - and applied them with a brush. The page is very shiny with them. I added some stamp pattern with VersaFine Clair green ink and fern and cog wheel stamps, but at the end this layer is almost invisible. I splattered over Lindy´s California poppy gold and Bayou boogie gold sprays and on the top used Super hero rays stencil from Paper Rose with golden pigment ink. The images are again from Etsy - some numbers and lovely Art Nouveau lamp and as my focal point a charming lady from MilesBeyondTheMoon shop (which has the most beautiful "paper doll" images I´ve ever seen) .

I´m very happy with this page - although it looks like a very simple one :0)

Thank you for your visit, feel free to leave me a comment and have a very nice day :0)

Art journal page - Life is beautiful with smile

Hi and welcome again :0) This page is ca 6" x 8" (cca 15 x 20 cm) and my background is one of the new Aall&Create Design paper. It is also a second entry for Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday challenge Anything goes.

I muted a white color of the background paper with Tim Holtz´s Antique linen ink and embossed it with a flourish embossing folder. I collaged film strips and Laser cut elements from 49 and market and as my focal point I used again images from the Vintage photo collage collection part 5 (sepia version) from ArtHouseWhimsy on Etsy :0)

Thank you for your visit, feel free to leave me a comment and have a sunny summer day :0)

Art journal page - One fine day

Hi and welcome :0) Today I have a new page in my 6" x 8" (cca 15 x 20 cm) Hahnemühle journal book. and it is an entry for Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday challenge Anything goes.

I started with some stamps from my stash and white embossing powder. Than, with a brush, I applied Lindy´s Stamp Gang Ponderosa Pines Olive and Bayou Boogie Gold Starburst sprays. To darken up the white embossing I lightly went over with Ranger´s archival ink Orange blossom. I die cut a film strip from copper mirror cardstock to frame my photo focal image. It is from a very nice Vintage photo collage collection part 5 (sepia version) from ArtHouseWhimsy on Etsy - a lot of smiling faces :0). A added sea topic die-cuts from LaBlanche and Mintay papers, recolored some images a bit with markers and finish with a quote rub-on. And here it is :0)

Thank you for your visit, feel free to leave me a comment and have a very nice day :0)
